Alma TED® for Hair Loss

Alma TED® for Hair Loss

Last Updated on

Hair loss is a real concern for millions of men and women, and it can have a severe impact on a person’s quality of life.1 Because hair loss and hair thinning can take such an emotional toll, Americans are spending billions of dollars on hair loss prevention and hair restoration products every year.

But how many of those products work? At MD Beauty Labs, we offer our clients in Palm Beach and West Palm Beach, FL a range of hair restoration solutions that are proven to promote hair growth. We’re especially pleased to offer Alma TED, a revolutionary, non-invasive treatment that shows proven results after just a few painless sessions.

What is Alma TED?

Alma TED is a groundbreaking hair restoration treatment that addresses hair loss and hair thinning at the source. This TED (TransEpidermal Delivery) system is completely non-invasive and needle-free, and is based on ultrasound technology. Treatment is as simple as your practitioner massaging the Alma TED device over your scalp, delivering acoustic sound waves beneath the surface and ensuring the Alma TED topical Hair Care Formula penetrates to stimulate follicle growth. After just a few treatments, Alma TED results in hair that is thicker, fuller and has more shine and strength.

Benefits of Alma TED

  • Hair that is thicker and fuller
  • Fully non-invasive: no anesthesia, needles, or incisions
  • Painless treatment
  • No scalp trauma
  • No downtime needed
  • No post-treatment shedding

Treatment with Alma TED: What to Expect

Preparing for Alma TED

Before your Alma TED treatment, you will attend a personal consultation with one of our hair restoration specialists. You will be able to share your concerns, and your practitioner will educate you about the benefits of Alma TED so you can decide if it’s the right treatment for you.

The Alma TED Treatment

Alma TED treatment is totally painless and takes about 45 minutes per session. You simply relax as your practitioner gently guides the Alma TED handheld device over your scalp and enjoy the warm, vibrating sensation as sound waves and pressurized air drive the Hair Care Formula into your scalp.

Alma TED Aftercare

No downtime is necessary after Alma TED, but we do ask that you refrain from washing or coloring your hair for 24 hours after treatment.

Alma TED Results

Many of our clients notice a difference in their hair after a single Alma TED treatment. Within two weeks, they begin to experience less shedding, and new hairs begin to grow in about a month. This new growth will add volume to the hair, and within 3 months clients notice that less scalp is showing and their bald spots are less visible.
