What is PRX-T33?
PRX-T33, or Derm Perfexion, is a non-ablative skin treatment that is known as a bio-revitalizer. Often called the “unicorn facial” because it delivers such amazing results, PRX-T33 combines trichloroacetic acid and kojic acid with hydrogen peroxide. These three ingredients are each powerful skin revitalizers and in the unique formula of PRX-T33 they work together to smooth and rejuvenate the skin without the harsh side effects of a traditional chemical peel.
Speaking of chemical peels—PRX-T33 is not a peel although some people refer to it as a “No-Peel Chemical Peel”. Chemical peels create a “frost” effect in the skin immediately after treatment and then heavy flaking and peeling of the outer layer of skin in the days after treatment. PRX-T33 revitalizes the deeper layers of epidermis without frosting or major skin flaking. Unlike many peels, this treatment does not increase photosensitivity. What to Expect at Your PRX-T33 Treatment
There is no preparation needed on your part before your PRX-T33 treatment. Your provider will cleanse the skin of the area to be treated before applying the PRX-T33 formula. The treatment takes about 30 minutes, after which your provider will apply a special moisturizing face cream.
PRX-T33 Results
When a treatment session is complete, you will immediately notice brighter, smoother skin. Several days after the treatment you will notice smaller pores, fewer fine lines, and a fresher, more youthful appearance.
