The article highlights Melissa’s journey—from earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Miami to traveling throughout Africa and Asia with the Himalayan Cataract Project, an experience that ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in medicine. She later completed her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies and worked in primary care before specializing in anti-aging and aesthetic medicine.
Since 2019, Melissa has served as a physician assistant at MD Beauty Labs, where she focuses on patient-centered care and long-term well-being. As shared in the feature, Melissa blends medical expertise with a thoughtful, holistic approach to help patients achieve natural-looking results. Her work includes customized hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, advanced injectables, and cutting-edge laser treatments.
